Captive Portal

The 'Captive Portal' app allows you to create your own fake login or landing page on a Wi-Fi hotspot. Devices that connect to the Nano's network will see your custom HTML popup.

How to Use Captive Portal​

  • Open the Wi-Fi Tools section and select Captive Portal.
  • The BLEShark Nano will start a local Wi-Fi network.
  • Any connected device will see your uploaded HTML appear as a popup.

How to Upload a Captive Portal File​

  • Enter Extra Settings Mode.
  • Connect to the BLEShark Wi-Fi network.
  • Select Captive Portal from the menu.
  • Click Upload HTML and submit your custom page.
